DermaQuest's formula is deliberately short — water, SD alcohol 40-B, butylene glycol, hydroxypropyl cellulose, phosphate buffers, polysorbate 60 and silica — which is why it dries down flat and sits under makeup without pilling.

For blemish-prone skin, used on individual spots rather than across the face. Apply a small amount to clean skin, then follow with your hydrator. One practitioner note: dab it, do not rub it in, and resist stacking it over an acid serum on the same spot the same night. That is how one blemish becomes a dry, flaking patch that outlasts the spot itself.
