Each treatment with the NuFACE Device should last five to 20 minutes. For the first 90 days, use it at least five times a week, then reduce to two to three times a week to maintain results. Start by washing your face with an oil-free cleanser; men should shave before use to ensure optimal conductivity. Glide the device along the natural contours of your face in an upward motion, with each glide lasting five seconds, and repeat three times. Afterward, remove the NuFACE Primer with a warm, damp washcloth, and finish by applying your favourite NuFACE Serum (optional) and preferred moisturizer.
